The warranty is only valid if the original invoice is presented.

For online or telephone purchases, shipping fees apply. Free delivery within the cities where we operate; otherwise, the customer is responsible for delivery fees.
The company is not responsible for the safety of products if they are not delivered by company vehicles.
In case of any ambiguity or discrepancy regarding the return, exchange, or warranty policy, the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce and Investment shall apply.
The customer will be notified of the expected delivery date based on their city when the order is placed.
