1- Delivery Policy

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary. We will notify you of any changes.

Sleep Care reserves the right to change delivery terms at any time. Any changes to delivery terms will apply to all new orders placed after the changes are posted on our website. You should review the delivery terms posted on the Sleep Care website before placing each new delivery order.

2- Delivery Locations

We will deliver purchased products to the address specified in your order. The delivery address must be within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Note: Delivery locations may vary during certain marketing campaigns). The location must be accessible by ground transportation.

Sleep Care may apply additional charges for locations outside major cities. You are required to be present at the delivery address or location at the scheduled delivery time. We reserve the right to review the recipient's information to confirm receipt of the order. 3. Delivery Times

We will do our best to deliver your order according to the delivery date mentioned in the email. We strive to deliver your order within a maximum of 7-14 business days from the date of purchase, depending on product availability, unless otherwise agreed upon.

If you are unable to be present at the scheduled time, you must inform us as soon as possible, at least 72 hours in advance, to reschedule the delivery by contacting one of our representatives at the numbers provided.

If you provide us with incorrect or incomplete information, your delivery may be canceled without prior notice. Therefore, please ensure that you provide accurate and complete details.

Cancellation of any order (partially) at the customer's request will result in a rescheduling of the delivery date (and we will notify you of any changes).

If you purchase an unavailable product(s), we will contact you to inform you and give you the option to either cancel the unavailable product, proceed with your order, or cancel the entire order. If we are unable to contact you (or you do not answer our calls or we cannot reach you), your order will be held pending your follow-up for 3 days after the delivery date. After 3 days, your invoice will be put on hold.

 

4- Delivery Costs

When you place an order through our online store, we will prepare your products and then deliver them from one of our distribution centers to your specified location. We offer multiple delivery options based on your address. Below are the areas where we offer free delivery within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:

5- Delivery Arrangements

Once you complete your order through our online store,

 

Delivery will be to the address you specified in your order through our online store or provided to a customer service representative. Please ensure the accuracy of your address and that you will be available to receive your order on the agreed-upon date. Please notify us as soon as possible if you will not be available to receive your order. We are not responsible for any delays due to a breach of these terms and conditions.

If you are not available to receive your order in person, you may authorize someone to do so on your behalf. The authorized person must be an adult capable of receiving the order and aware of its contents, and we may rely on their instructions as if they were issued by you.

Upon delivery, please verify the accuracy, condition, and shipment number of all delivered products.

If there are any visible damages, missing items, or incorrect products, please indicate this within one business day at the top of the delivery receipt provided to you. Missing, damaged, or incorrect items will be replaced and delivered free of charge. This does not affect your legal right to notify us later if you discover any product damage. You must notify us of any damaged, missing, or incorrect products within 24 hours of having had the opportunity to try your products.

Once we receive your order in person (or through a representative), you become the owner of these products and are responsible for them from that point onward. This means you will be liable for any damages or losses that may occur to them subsequently.
